Osteoporosis is characterized as low bone density and microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue (WHO, 2025). This unfortunately, can result in increased bone fragility and increased susceptibility to fractures (WHO, 2025). Bermuda, talk to your doctor about your bone health.
