Do you have a new years resolution?

For many of us, a new year symbolizes new beginnings, fresh starts, opportunities to grow and learn, a chance to evolve & improve, a time to set resolutions to help achieve goals and so much more. Some of us set goals to exercise more, eat healthier, be more assertive or confident, set boundaries, build financial security, improve relationships and so much more. Sometimes when setting these goals we are over ambitious and unkind to ourselves. One could say that this is one of the biggest challenges when it comes to setting the famous "New Years Resolution", often times leading to failure. Bermuda, this year set goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely. This year be intentional and kind to yourself.

If improving physical activity or starting a workout plan is your goal this year, than this is the episode for you. The World Health Organization emphasizes that regular physical activity has been proven to help to prevent and manage chronic diseases like heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure and diabetes.
