Dear Listeners,

Dyslexia is more common than we may think. According to The reading Clinic "1 in 10 people is affected by dyslexia to some degree, with 4% being severely affected". The reading clinic also indicates that "dyslexia affects people of all levels of intelligence and is found in both girls and boys equally; however, boys may be more severely affected". Recognizing that dyslexia can affect anyone in our community it is important to be aware.
