Dear Listeners,

Mental wellbeing is just as important as physical wellbeing. The World Health Organization defines health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

This episode of Bermuda Health-Abets, a podcast where we discuss everything from A to Z on healthy living is dubbed Social Workers Discussion:  Caring For Our Mental Health.
#empoweringinformingandmotivating Bermuda residents

Our guests this episode are Dr. Donna Outerbridge and Riccal Walls, Community Health Social Workers at the Department of health.  In this episode Dr. Outerbridge and Ms. Walls talk about self-care, strategies for coping with stress, and who you can call when needing assistance when it comes to mental wellbeing. As you tune in you can think about the strategies you use to manage your mental wellbeing and gather information about resources in the community.
