August 1st -7th is World Breastfeeding Week observed annually. The aim is to highlight the benefits of breastfeeding, promote breast feeding as a healthy practice for babies and moms, support breastfeeding, promote supportive breastfeeding environments, and overall breastfeeding awareness. 

In celebration of World Breastfeeding Week, this episode of Bermuda Health-Abets, a podcast where we discuss everything from A to Z on healthy living is dubbed "Let’s Talk About Breastfeeding".
