Watch Sunsets With Me
Welcome to Watch Sunsets With Me!
A podcast by Cori Taylor, a body connection/expansion coach. BreathWork facilitator. Health and wellness mentor. A space to allow you to connect back to your mind, body and soul. Through aligned connected movement, holistic health, nervous system and somatic work. Focusing on overall health of the mind, body, emotional landscape and soul.
Where we come to unbind and unwind, uncover and rediscover. Laugh, play, connect. Hold each other through the hard times and celebrate each other in times of joy.
A place to learn, grow and expand into the aliveness of it all. Supporting you as you rediscover yourself and truly get to the root cause of what’s been holding you back.
A safe space to find community. To be part of and not separate from. To walk together. With more love, more joy, more connection, more play.
To live a life that doesn’t only look good but feels good. Where you can exhale into the moment and feel safe to feel it all. Out of your head and into the body. To actually be present with the day to day moments and not feel like you are rushing through or numbing out. As we learn to navigate this beautiful and sometimes hard journey we are all on. To not just survive but thrive. It’s found in the feeling and the being of.
Where the beautiful mess and unedited raw version of you is welcome.
This is going to be a space with a little bit of everything. Health, fitness, holistic health, nutrition somatic work, breathwork, nervous system, navigating motherhood, and different stages of life through connection, learning, laughter and play.

Watch Sunsets With Me
How often are you saying, I’ll just get over it or telling others they need to…JUST GET OVER IT and do we really Just Get Over It?
How often are you saying, I’ll just get over it or telling others they need to…JUST GET OVER IT and do we really Just Get Over It?
When we say I’ll just get over it, do we really just get over it or do you find yourself still thinking of that thing or feeling that activation in your system.
Have you ever thought about maybe we tell others to, just get over it because we don’t feel safe holding space for them and their experience. Maybe we were told to push down how we were feeling and just get over it.
This does not mean we just sit and swirl around and stay in the loop of, whatever we are trying to move through. It’s moving with what we are experiencing so that way we don’t stay stuck in the emotion the feeling the experience, but we’re able to hold space for it while moving forward still.
And this is something that takes time to learn, time to understand, time to embody. Space to understand yourself and the reason why we are showing up how we are showing up.
If we could only see what it took for each of us to get to where we’re at right now today we would honor each other. We open our hearts to each other and we would say let’s walk together.
So find a cozy spot while the sun is setting and join me today as we have a little mini episode on the term, Just Get Over It and do we really just get over it.
I’d love to connect over on IG I’m @cori.taylor and @watch.sunsets.with.me
