Watch Sunsets With Me

What did you used to love  to do as a kid and how can you connect back to that? Have you heard the phrase, the opposite of depression is expression. Where in your life are you holding yourself back from expressing?

This week’s  episode is all about, how can we infuse play into our everyday life’s and allow more presence to the little everyday moments.

Where are you not allowing yourself to play, to laugh, to be silly.

Have you heard the phrase, the opposite of depression is expression.  Where in your life are you holding yourself back from expressing?

Our souls crave laughter and  play. Yes, going  deep into the healing working is super important and we get to realize that it gets to be both. It gets to be a Dance between the both of them, of sitting with our pain and discomfort, but also allowing  ourself to play, to laugh, to be silly to heal in all aspects of this human experience

Healing can be through laughter and play and  it also gets to be through sitting with and  moving  through these deep layers of ourselves. We get to infuse it all into our everyday lives.

Maybe you feel like you started this healing journey and now you’re in this healing loop?

Are you so consumed with the next thing that you “have” to do, that you think you have to move through that you are forgetting to live?

Where are you not allowing yourself to play, to laugh, to be silly?

I recently did a BreathWork session and felt all of this.

Do you feel safe to Express  who you truly are and to stop hiding all these pieces of you, that make you, you.

Where are you holding  yourself back, putting yourself in a box because you think that’s what the world wants to see.

What did you used to love  to do as a kid and how can you connect back to that?

Find a cozy spot, while the sun is setting and let’s connect back to that playful part of us.
