Manus recently joined LightBox to help develop even more cutting-edge tools for the Commercial Real Estate industry. Using LightBox proprietary data and an existing team of experience data scientists and product specialist, Manus will help LightBox surface even more of its deep and impressive data sets. The result is expected to create more productivity gains for lenders, brokers, and money managers as well as improved portfolio management, lending, and risk mitigation outcomes.

Before joining LightBox, Manus spent more than 30 years, helping found the firm’s best of breed CMBS data and analytics products. Over the course of his career at Trepp, Manus envisioned, developed, and/or brought to market many of the Trepp innovations.
