The result is expected to create more productivity gains for lenders, brokers, and money managers as well as improved portfolio management, lending, and risk mitigation outcomes.

Before joining LightBox, Manus spent more than 30 years, helping found the firm’s best of breed CMBS data and analytics products. Over the course of his career at Trepp, Manus envisioned, developed, and/or brought to market many of the Trepp innovations.
