Having served as 24/7 caregiver during her Mom’s dying days in S.C. (while running her Tokyo-based company), Debbie knows the challenges family caregivers face in their struggles to fill the care gaps resulting from overwhelmed healthcare systems.

Linda Sherman

Linda enjoyed school and prefers a life where she never stops learning. She is fluent in Japanese and has studied Chinese, French, Italian and Spanish. She is passionate about healthy longevity and manages this podcast as a contribution to the community.
 
Linda Sherman set up Coors Japan as the only independent foreign beer company in that country. Linda’s “claim to fame in Japan” is her unprecedented viral campaign that launched Zima there, creating an entirely new beverage category in the marketplace. Among her other executive positions, Linda managed over 500 employees as CEO of Club Med Japan. Linda was also President of Barilla Japan and SVP Marketing for Wal-Mart’s joint venture in Japan. Linda Sherman began her career with an MBA, sales with IBM and management consulting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Ray Gordon

I'm a registered architect with a masters degree in City and Regional Planning. I have held positions ranging from manager of an environmental sciences firm to art director in Japan.  I also have experience as a professional photographer, videographer, and graphic designer. I have a keen interest in environmental sciences, sustainability and futurism. 

 

I am also the Director of Business Infrastructure and Design for MBET Health, a wound care start-up. I am a part of the management team responsible for business strategies, project management, and implementation procedures. 

 

I was a professor of architecture and urban design in the graduate programs at Pratt Institute for 17 years, including a position as Vice Chair of the Urban Design program. I also taught the regulation of real estate at NYU’s graduate Real Estate Institute for a six year period.
