Britt Frank is no stranger to stuck, but following over two decades of addiction and mental health struggles, she got herself unstuck, ultimately becoming a licensed psychotherapist and trauma specialist. She's also an educator and author. The Science of Stuck: Breaking Through Inertia to Find Your Path Forward is a book that offers science-backed strategies for understanding stuckness and moving forward with purpose, confidence, and the freedom to become who you're truly meant to be.
