Hello Dr. Gibbs, Thank you for your informative and interesting podcast series. I have shared them with the doctor that is currently monitoring my thyroid status post thyroidectomy for PTC and we are excited to put some of your theories into practice, mainly twice a day dosing of T4 with testing at 6 hours after the morning dose and utilizing the total T3 RT3 ratio result. One question that she asked if I had come across in listening to episodes that she had not yet heard is how soon after a dose change is it recommended to recheck labs. We are using the common recommendations of no less than six weeks and up to three months. How does that align with your thinking? I look forward to learning more from your future episodes. Respectfully, Sara Zordan
