Medical Recruitment was a logical and seamless career move for me. Having graduated with a Bachelor in Occupational Therapy (Hons), and with a strong background in retail sales and management, recruitment allowed me to draw upon all previous skills and experience… and combine all the things I loved. 

Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate to assist many Healthcare Professionals to seek temporary and permanent opportunities in Australia, and the UK. In 2012, I launched Cornerstone Medical Recruitment, a specialist Medical Recruitment company whose vision is to be the absolute Cornerstone for our Clients and Candidates, in the recruitment process. We have experienced significant growth since inception, and our brand has rapidly become synonymous with our culture of integrity, accountability and reliability. 

I am super proud to have been the first employee at Cornerstone Medical Recruitment back in 2012, and feel so fortunate to have had many career opportunities during this time. 

I started our Nursing Division and after developing this and several teams within the business, including building out our People & Culture team, I currently lead our internal Talent Team.

I am a busy working parent of 2 children, and I have the best job in the world! I am able to talk about the great things at CMR each and every day, exploring what new opportunities may look like, and ensuring our people have long term career opportunities.
