Can I Still Get Some Ice Cream and A Piece of Cake?

In this episode, I talk about the importance of being available to people even when you don't necessarily agree with them.  This happens on the job or in the family.  If we're able to have a conversation with people, hopefully we can be in a better space.  It's not easy.  My brother and I struggled with one another, but we had love for each other.
