How to Set Goals You Can Actually Achieve

  • Focusing in by breaking your goals down into actionable steps, committing to your future self, and creating a plan that feels doable and fun
  • Taking action with confidence, knowing that progress comes from small, intentional steps—not from running the fastest and the longest
