Productivity with Peace of Mind
What if productivity wasn't about doing more, but making more room for the life we actually want to live?
Productivity With Peace of Mind is about planning for your magical life, without getting so caught up in the plans that we forget to actually live it.
We talk about goals, planning, productivity, careers, relationships, big changes, ordinary moments, and sometimes even when the most productive thing we can do is throw the plan out completely.
Because a meaningful life isn't built by staying busy. It's built by getting clear on what matters, making intentional moves toward it, and leaving enough room for life to surprise us along the way.
We don't need to optimize every second of our lives. We need to make those seconds count.
Let's make it magical. ✨✨✨

We spend so much of our lives focused on what needs to get done, what we're working toward, and what comes next. And while I'm obviously a big believer in goals and planning, I'm becoming an even bigger believer in planning for the parts of life that don't necessarily accomplish anything at all. The tiny surprises. The handwritten notes. Remembering someone's favorite snack. Turning an ordinary Tuesday into something they'll remember. Mr. Narwhal and his Magical Mailbox started as something silly in our house, but somewhere along the way, he reminded me of something much bigger. Not everything productive produces something we can measure. Sometimes making progress in our lives also means making room for more joy, connection, imagination, and a little bit of magic.
We talk about..
- How Mr. Narwhal and his Magical Mailbox came to be
- Why not everything productive produces something we can measure
- Creating experiences and moments people actually remember
- The tiny details that can make ordinary life feel special
- Listening for the little things people love and doing something with them
- Why fun, thoughtfulness, connection, and even silliness deserve space in our plans
- Making life magical without needing more money, more time, or a picture-perfect life
- Planning intentionally while still leaving room for spontaneity and surprise
- What “Make It Magical” means and how we can bring more of it into our homes, work, goals, relationships, and everyday lives
Maybe planning for the life we want isn't only about deciding what we're going to accomplish next. Maybe it's also deciding what we want our lives to feel like while we're living them.
Make it magical.
