Han keeps her days busy with a full-time corporate job, teaching yoga part-time, and being a dog mom. A mindfulness practice became essential to managing these many responsibilities with her personal life. She sought out guided meditations to deepen her awareness and relax her anxious tendencies. As she developed a personal mindfulness routine, she incorporated into her yoga teaching. When she began sharing the meditations with students that took her classes, the feedback led her to creating this podcast.
