On this episode, Sam shares why what you are used to doing (in the past) when it comes to weight loss, is no longer working in menopause.

Hormonal changes make you physiologically different so it responds differently, to different stressors such as:

  • Exercise
  • Dieting
  • Not getting enough sleep.

Hormonal changes begin in perimenopause to prepare your body for menopause (12 months of no menses). You might not even be aware that it's perimenopause and just chaulk it up to being overworked and "busy".

Find out what needs to change during this time - to not just lose weight, but more importantly, sleep better, reduce pain, have better focus and energy.

Yes it IS work but there is nothing better to work on, than your health because if you don't have that, you have nothing.
