I tracked, measured, and judged—my clients and myself. But when perimenopause hit and my body changed, I realized that the old rules no longer served me—or the women I coach.
I share how I shifted away from training to “look” a certain way and started focusing on training for optimal health—bone strength, heart health, metabolic resilience, and mental clarity.
