n this deeply personal and powerful episode, I’m sharing the moment a simple question from a friend stopped me in my tracks: “What kind of legacy do you want to leave?”

After 25 years in the fitness and wellness industry, I’ve seen it all—from diets and detoxes to punishing workouts and toxic body standards. But now, in this new season of life—menopause, midlife, and deep personal growth—I know without a doubt: I don’t want to be remembered for helping women lose weight.

I want to be remembered for helping women take their power back.

This episode is for any woman who’s ever questioned her worth because of her weight, felt trapped by diet culture, or been made to believe that her value is tied to how she looks. It’s a call to remember who you really are—and to reclaim your right to feel strong, confident, joyful, and free.

I talk about:

  • Why I’m no longer interested in being part of the toxic side of the fitness industry
  • The kind of transformation that actually matters
  • My role as a mother, a coach, and a woman walking through menopause with clarity and conviction
  • And why legacy, for me, is about impact—not aesthetics

Whether you're on your own healing journey, supporting other women, or simply questioning what matters most, this episode is for you.

Because your body isn’t a project.
 Your life is your legacy.
