35 ~ Chakra Series: Root Chakra

• Madison Mindset & Clarity Awaits • Episode 35

Welcome to Our Chakra Series 🧚🏼

In this series, we will explore the 7 main Chakras, diving deep into their significance and how they impact our lives. In today’s episode, we begin with the Root Chakra—also known as Muladhara in Sanskrit. As the foundation for all the other chakras, the Root Chakra is where we begin our journey, as it plays a pivotal role in our sense of stability and security.

Themes of this chakra include safety, grounding, and self-worth. In order to move forward in our spiritual and emotional journeys, we must first ensure that our Root Chakra is balanced and strong.

Journal Prompts for the Held Practice
To help you connect with and audit your Root Chakra, we’ve shared the following journal prompts:

  1. Safety and Security:
"How safe and secure do I feel in my life right now? Are there areas where I feel unstable or unsupported? What steps can I take to create a stronger foundation for myself?"
  2. Connection to Earth:
"How connected do I feel to the physical world around me? Do I spend enough time grounding myself, and if not, what activities could help me reconnect with nature or my surroundings?"
  3. Self-Worth and Belonging:
"Do I feel a sense of belonging in my community, family, or environment? In what ways do I honor my worth and my right to exist in this world? How can I strengthen my connection to my own value?"

Never forget, you're always held. ♡
