Driveline Founder and Cincinnati Reds Pitching Director Kyle Boddy kicks off season three and a new year of Muscles and Management with a bang!

To start, Kyle discusses dealing with COVID over the past 9 months and how it has impacted Driveline and his first season working with the Reds. He talks about resilience and ingenuity for business owners and pivoting based on circumstance vs. complaining.

From there, the conversation turns to Kyle's foundations as a pitching coach and what he learned very early on that others may have been missing. Who inspired him and who did he maybe butt heads with a bit when it came to philosophical differences?

To finish up, the two discuss social media and its role (sometimes negative) in player development and where the game of baseball may be heading as we move into the future.
