Amy Orr is a mother of two, a business owner, and a menstrual health advocate based in Ireland. With a background in film production, Amy shifted gears after motherhood, founding Youme—a business focused on sustainable living and period education.
Through school workshops and talks, she works to break down stigma, tackle period poverty, and empower young people with knowledge about their bodies.
Alongside her advocacy, Amy shares her personal journey with postpartum rage, anxiety, and the healing she found through medication, movement, and community.
