A graduate of the Evidence-based Coaching Certificate Program through Fielding Graduate University—Kate O'Neill has been working with non-profit organizations, experiential education, and higher education for more than two decades. With a degree in Multicultural Education and an M.Ed in Supervision and Administration, Kate's passion is helping people.

Some special areas of focus for Kate have been equity & inclusion, leadership development, supervision skills training, risk management, and supporting mental health in the workplace. She was also a leader for many years in the youth development space working with youth conservation corps and summer camps. Kate loves spending time outside exploring new trails, paddling on a lake, or doing battle with pests in her garden. 

Mark is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who was a grief counselor and group facilitator at a hospice for 7 years before beginning his private counseling practice in 2016.  He is also an ordained Interfaith Minister and has recently added Transformational Coaching to his toolkit.  He is the proud papa of two amazing kids, and as an older father, feels grateful to finally have something in common with George Clooney.

Before finding his vocation, Mark lived a life of exploration that included bicycling across the US in 1991, climbing Mt Kenya with Kate, and living in London, NYC, Seattle, Fargo, Omaha, New Hampshire, and Nantucket amongst other stops in his quest to find the deeper meaning in his life.
