On this week's episode of Love Needs No Words.......She was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD in 2022 so has gone most of her life not knowing why she had certain behaviours that she couldn’t explain.
Girl With Autism @girl_w_autism – her account or Instagram or Kat as she is known to friends and family now works in childcare and is using her platform to help raise awareness of what it’s been like growing up masking, the traits that come with having both of these conditions and the affect it continues to have on everyday life.
