Michelle talks about the stress, anxiety and guilt mums can feel especially when they have children with additional needs.
The whole process from diagnosis, acceptance and grief and then the amount of knowledge you have to gain very quickly to write EHCP'S, picking the right school etc is incredibly overwhelming which is where Michelle can help.
Michelle discusses some of the main topics that mums come to her about and her top techniques for taking time for yourself.
As well as talking through her own journey raising a daughter with additional needs.
