The Boys Are Early Risers: 'Coffee Is Life'
On this week's episode Amy & Kirsty discuss why the summer months are a blessing in disguise for a lot of SEN children and their families.
Their love of Coffee as both Alex & Max are early risers.
They discuss Ipads and the brilliance and downfall that they have had and continue to have on the boys.
They talk through the topic that is being discussed a lot in the SEN community at the moment - the fear that EHCP's will be taken away from children in mainstream schools. The anxiety they both have about that message and the detrimental impact they feel it would have on SEN children like Alex & Max that wouldn't be able to survive in a mainstream classroom without it. And also the impact they feel it would have on the other children in the classroom if EHCP's were taken away from those that need it.
