Bonus Episode: Family Centres: 'What We Do And How We Can Help'
This is a Bonus Episode for those wanting to know more about what a family centre can offer - especially for families like ours with neurodiverse children.
This includes the groups that are available which provide not just a safe space to share your emotions with others, but also somewhere with no judgement to take the children too.
As well a what 1-1 advice and support they can provide in the comfort of your own home.
Not every county is lucky enough to have one and this interview is Hertfordshire focused, as that is where the family centre interviewees are based.
Angela - an Emerging Needs and SEND practitioner and Karen - a family support practitioner talk us through their roles and how they can help either by signposting, referring or coming to you directly.
Thank you for listening x
