Eddie Lai is the Director of Business Development at Portal Innovations, helping early-stage life sciences startups grow with capital and state-of-the-art lab space across Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, and Houston.

Before joining Portal, Eddie led Life Sciences & Digital Health growth at the Metro Atlanta Chamber and worked in operations and innovation at Emory Healthcare. He holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University and co-founded the Association of Asian Healthcare Leaders (AAHL).

Ellie is a 2024 graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she earned her degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish. Her studies blended creative problem-solving with cross-cultural communication, giving her the tools to connect with diverse audiences and develop impactful campaigns. In the summer of 2025, she interned with Cresa Atlanta, gaining valuable experience in market research, client engagement, and strengthen her understanding of tenant representation. With a keen interest in real estate, Ellie brings energy, insight, and a global perspective to the discussion.

Evan is a rising Sophomore at the University of Georgia, majoring in Real Estate. In the summer of 2025, he interned with Cresa Atlanta, where he gained practical experience supporting projects, conducting research, and learning from industry professionals. Eager to grow in the commercial real estate field, Evan brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a fresh perspective to the conversation.

Graham is a Senior Finance major at the University of Georgia, where he combines a strong analytical background with a growing passion for the commercial real estate industry. In the summer of 2025, he gained hands-on experience as an intern with Cresa Atlanta, working alongside industry professionals to support client projects and develop his understanding of market trends, financial analysis, and tenant representation. With an eye toward a future career in real estate, Graham brings curiosity, professionalism, and fresh perspective to every opportunity, making him an insightful voice for conversations on business, markets, and career growth.

Kaleigh Schlosser specializes in supply chain solutions on CRESA Atlanta's Industrial team. Leveraging a decade of experience representing landlords in dispositions, leasing, and private equity investing, she offers a holistic perspective during negotiations.

Before joining CRESA, Kaleigh worked on the Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, DC, where she played a pivotal role in the successful execution of transactions totaling $3.2 billion. While at CBRE, Kaleigh represented 7.5 million square feet of commercial properties for landlords such as Jamestown and Skanska. Starting in the real estate industry as an administrative assistant, her track record includes over 100 transactions, and she has been recognized as one of the New Power Women of Real Estate.

Kaleigh resides in Atlanta with her husband and daughter. She is an alumna of The Lovett School and graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina.
