Karen Ash

Karen Ash is the creator of the Migraine Oasis brand offering 1:1 coaching, self-development resources, and online courses such as "Intro to MindBody Healing". She passionately believes in the power of a holistic approach to health and happiness. After suffering far too long in life with MindBody conditions such as stomach aches, chronic migraine, depression, and burnout, it was this approach of addressing mind, body, and spirit, along with mind-body connection fundamentals, that took her from surviving to thriving. Her results sparked a passion and purpose to bring this knowledge of the MindBody approach to healing to a more mainstream audience and help others create a more fulfilling, pain-free life.

Anna a licensed psychotherapist, certified life coach, and expert in nervous system healing, trained in Somatic Experiencing, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Nonviolent Communication. Over the past five years, she has helped hundreds of people heal from chronic pain by rewiring their nervous systems and reclaiming their innate resilience. Now, she uses those same tools to help high-level creatives and entrepreneurs melt through fear, expand their impact, and own their voice with confidence.

Because creative freedom isn’t about never feeling fear or resistance—it’s about learning to work with them, rather than against them. It’s about stepping into your truth with trust, even when the path feels uncertain. And when you do, you don’t just find your voice—you find your power.
