On the Path with Kissiah Young
Welcome to On The Path!
In this space we explore some of the most tender and painful aspects of life, which happens to also be some of the most meaningful. We explore death and dying, grief and loss, and how we hold all of this. This is a space of vulnerability and healing, of repair and reconciliation. We grow here.

Part Seven of The Nine Contemplations On Death: Our Material Resources Are Of No Use
Many of us work hard to accumulate or access different material things in life. One doesn't have to lose themselves in consumerism to still manage to look around at the view of all we have. How tightly we hold onto these things speak to our attachment, which often directly impacts our suffering. Have you stopped to think about what you have, and how none of that will save you at the time of your death. Nor me. Nor those over there. Does this reality bring us to any insights, any deeper level of knowing about ourselves? Does it evoke change in any way?
Join me for part seven of The Nine Contemplations on the inevitability of death, which says that at the time of our death, our material resources are of no use.
Thank you for being here with me.
Grateful,
~Kissiah
