On The Path with Kissiah Young
Welcome to On The Path!
In this space we explore some of the most tender and painful aspects of life, which happens to also be some of the most meaningful. We explore death and dying, grief and loss, and how we hold all of this. This is a space of vulnerability and healing, of repair and reconciliation. We grow here.

We Do Not Have to Live From Our Reserve: Accessing Overflow
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
We have been conditioned to go, go, go, and do, do, do even at our own expense. Many are operating on fumes trying to keep up with the many tasks, to-dos, roles, and responsibilities. This comes as no surprise considering productivity has been highlighted and underscored across most aspects of life.
To what avail?
Burnout, stress, overwhelm, and just plain out feeling depressed over it all, seems the outcome for doing too much and operating from reserve. Well guess what? We don't have to operate from our reserve. There are ways to access our overflow.
Join me. Let's talk about it.
Thank you for your presence.
Deep bow,
~Kissiah
