Ziyan Huang

Hi there! I'm Ziyan, a G12 student from Hong Kong and a youth ILCA 6/Laser Radial Sailor on the Hong Kong national sailing team. Ever since starting at the age of 11, I’ve competed at the 2023 Asian Games as well as many youth world championships!

This passion project ‘Unstoppable’ has the mission to share the stories of the world’s most incredible people through a podcast to help inspire and motivate teenagers and youth athletes across the globe. Take a listen to hear about mental resilience, understand more on the significance of grit in our mindset and mental health, and learn to implement practical strategies to combat our each individual battles and come back stronger.

Though building common ground by sharing the voices of the world’s best athletes and coaches with teenagers and aspiring youth athletes around the globe, I hope this can be a reminder that the struggle to improve is never a battle that we must fight alone ❤️

Daniela Moroz

Daniela Moroz is one of the best Formula Kite Foilers in the world. Flying across the water, Daniela competes in the fastest sport at the Summer Olympic Games -  reaching speeds of almost 50 miles or 80 kilometres per hour.

When you become known by statistics, with six consecutive World Championships titles before the age of 22 and undefeated in as many years, it seems impossible that anything can go wrong. On Unstoppable, Daniela opens up about the moments when everything shifted: the crushing pressure of expectations, the heartbreak of finishing 4th in Paris 2024, the burnout that forced her to step back, and her powerful silver-medal comeback at the 2025 World Championships—where she outraced Olympic gold and silver medalists in a thrilling return to form.

Lijia (Lily) Xu

Known as the "Golden Lily," Xu Lijia (Lily Xu) is a legendary Chinese sailor and one of the most resilient figures in modern Olympic history. Lily is Asia’s first-ever Olympic gold medalist in dinghy sailing (Laser Radial class) at the London 2012 Games. A three-time Olympian, she also secured a bronze medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and was honored as China’s flag bearer during the London closing ceremony

Beyond her medal count, Xu is celebrated for her incredible resilience. Despite being born with significant hearing and vision impairments, and overcoming a career-threatening tumor early in her life, she rose to the top of a sport that demands sensory precision and intense physical endurance.
