Dr. Louisa is a Doctor of Psychology, with a specialisation in navigating midlife. Her area of expertise is in actualizing adults at midlife, averting midlife crises and helping clients to elicit self awareness, self insights and to harness their accumulated wisdom at midlife. 
 
 She is currently in private practice and consults to both corporates and individuals . Louisa is a trained family and divorce mediator. 
 
 Past endeavors include founding a Victim Support Centre for the South African Police in Johannesburg and bespoke retreats for executives experiencing from burnout and midlife crises. Louisa has a media presence in South Africa and Europe. Louisa is pragmatic, incisive and intuitive, traits which allow her to identify and assess issues within organisations and effect change within a business, organizational setting.
