Happy Mother’s Day, sweet friend.

To the woman carrying more than most people know This message is for you.

To the mother who feels exhausted…
To the caregiver praying silently at night…
To the woman rebuilding after heartbreak…
To the one fighting illness, grief, fear, or uncertainty…

As we celebrate Mother’s Day, I keep thinking about the incredible women throughout the Bible who persevered through unimaginable challenges — women who did not give up even when life tried to tear them down.

Deborah reminds us that courage is not the absence of fear. Deborah led with wisdom, strength, and faith during a time of chaos. She stood firm when others hesitated.

The Book of Esther teaches us that sometimes God places us exactly where we are “for such a time as this.” Esther faced fear head-on and chose bravery over comfort.

The Book of Ruth shows us unwavering loyalty, perseverance, and hope after devastating loss. Ruth kept moving forward one faithful step at a time.

The Book of Hannah reminds us that God hears the cries we whisper through tears. Hannah prayed with deep anguish, yet she never stopped believing.

And then there was Mary — a mother who carried both promise and pain. Her journey was not easy, yet she trusted God through uncertainty and sacrifice. They were faithful. Maybe that is what some of us need to hear today.

You do not have to have it all figured out. You do not have to carry everything alone. You simply need to keep taking the next faithful step.

This past week on the podcast, we released episodes that I truly believe may help someone walking through a difficult season of life — whether emotionally, physically, spiritually, or mentally. My prayer is that these conversations are a reminder that you are not alone.

Scripture that keeps resting on my heart this Mother’s Day is: “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” ~ Proverbs 31:25  Sweet friend, your story still matters. Your perseverance matters. Your faith matters.

Reach out. Send a message. Let’s begin the conversation.

What season in your life tested your faith the most?

Was there a moment you almost gave up?

What helped you keep moving forward during difficult times?

How has adversity shaped the woman you are today?

What scripture or belief anchored you during hardship?

What would you say to the woman listening who feels exhausted emotionally or spiritually?

How do you continue trusting God when life does not make sense?

If today’s episode encouraged you, would you please take a moment to share it with another woman who may be walking through a difficult season? Your share could be the exact encouragement someone needs today. And if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply longing for clarity and support, I would love to connect with you through one-to-one coaching. You can reach out directly to learn more. Remember sweet friend — healing, growth, and transformation happen one faithful step at a time.

And from my heart to yours…

Happy Mother’s Day to every woman nurturing others while still learning to care for herself too.

With love and grace,

Rachael
