Hey friend, I’m Rachael — single mom, certified transformation life coach, and navigating life with Stage 1 CLL. God opened my eyes to the freedom that comes from Values-Based Choices.
I spent years running on empty, pushing through stress and busyness. Then one day, God stopped me long enough to see what truly needed to change.
Now I help women create that same transformation — one aligned choice at a time.
If you’re ready to feel strong again… to reclaim energy in your body, and clarity in your spirit. If you’re craving margin, emotional steadiness, confidence, and a lifestyle that supports the woman God is shaping you to become—this podcast is for you.
Grab your coffee, cozy into your quiet moment, and let’s step into your next chapter together.

102 | Back-to-Routine Season Is Here: 3 Things To Hold Your Health Goals Together
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Summer is winding down. The routines are loosening back up. And if you've spent the last few months living a little looser with your health — no judgment, that's what summer does — today we're talking about the one thing that has to be in place before any of your fall goals will stick: your foundation. Stick around, because I'm also going to walk you through three things I believe are non-negotiable for a values-led reset. Let's get into it.
Before we dive in, I want to take a second to say thank you. Reviews are how this podcast grows, and how it reaches the next woman who needs to hear this message. If you're listening right now and this show has helped you even once — would you take thirty seconds and leave a review? And if you know a woman in your life who needs this message, share this episode with her today. That's how we grow this thing together.
Right now, I'm offering one-on-one coaching calls for $47 — one hour, just you and me, working through whatever is sitting heaviest on your heart right now. Whether that's your health, your mindset, or your walk with God, this is a space to get real clarity and a real next step. Message me at 970.279.1818 to grab your spot — I only have a few of these available at this rate, so don't sit on it.
Here we are — the beginning of August. However your summer went, it's officially the season of "back to." Back to school. Back to routines. Back to schedules that actually have structure again. And I want to ask you honestly: what did your summer actually look like? Did you rest? Did you drift? Did your health habits hold, or did they quietly slide?
Here's what I know for sure: you cannot build sustainable physical health on a shaky foundation. Not a shaky workout schedule. A shaky values foundation. If your "why" isn't rooted in something deeper than a number on a scale, it will not survive September.
Hebrews 3:4 says, "For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God."
Every structure — including the structure of your health, your habits, your body — has a builder. And if God is the builder of all things, then physical health isn't separate from your spiritual life. It's part of the house He's building in you. That's why we don't chase health for vanity. We steward it because it's part of the temple He gave us.
As we close today, I want to leave you with three things — three foundational pieces that I believe have to be in place before any health goal will hold long-term.
- Purpose over pressure — Your "why" has to be rooted in your values and your faith, not shame or a deadline. A goal built on pressure collapses. A goal built on purpose holds.
- Consistency over intensity — August isn't about overhauling everything overnight. It's about small, repeatable rhythms — the kind that survive a busy September, not just a motivated Monday.
- Stewardship over striving — Your body isn't a project to fix. It's a house God is building in you. When you shift from striving to stewarding, health stops feeling like punishment and starts feeling like worship.
That's the foundation. Purpose, consistency, stewardship — rooted in values, rooted in Christ. If this resonated with you, I'd love for you to share it, and I'll see you next time.
