Rob Armstrong Martin served as Executive Director and Artistic Director of Albuquerque Little Theatre in 2024-25, and  served as Executive Producer of ALT’s 10-show 96th season. Rob recently appeared in The Prom, Something Rotten, The 39 Steps, Little Women, Spotlight Concert at MTS, and Bawdy Parts (2023). 

Rob received a BA degree in Drama/Dance from Dartmouth College,  starred in Arms and the Man (opposite Connie Britton), and won the David Birney Award for Excellence in Theatre in 1987. 

Rob performed in over 30 plays at Albuquerque Little Theatre, The Vortex, SWAP-LAB, and Albuquerque Civil Light Opera Association before moving to New York City. In 1997, Rob he debuted in the Off-Broadway revival of Kaufman & Hart’s The Hollywood Pinafore, and trained at Atlantic Theatre Conservatory in NYC.
