I specialize in guiding people into deeper truth — helping them meet the Parts of themselves they’ve spent a lifetime managing, judging, or trying to outrun.

What shapes my work most, though, isn’t only professional training — it’s my lived experience. 

For years, my life looked “perfect” on the outside, while inside I was holding anxiety, self-harm, rage, and self-abandonment behind very strong protectors. My healing began not through force, but through curiosity — finally meeting the Parts of me I had pushed away since childhood. That path led me to IFS Therapy, and later to the sacred medicine of the Amazon.

Today, my work bridges psychotherapy, intuition, and the depth of sacred medicine traditions — always grounded in safety, integrity, and the natural unfolding of your system.
