Hillcrest Plaza Investor Info Session
In this episode, we explore Hillcrest Plaza, a retail center in Frisco, TX. This project is 100% occupied, and through lease renewals and better expense control/property management, GLHP aims to produce a 6% yearly cash return and a 20% IRR over a 5-year hold. This deal was sourced off-market.
The acquisition of Hillcrest Plaza is part of GLHP's retail investment strategy to acquire Neighborhood Shopping Centers that generate immediate cash flow and are well-below replacement cost.
