Drew Honeycutt, Chairman/Owner of TCM Co., is a passionate and serial entrepreneur. He has experience starting and scaling businesses in various industries including - software, real estate, industrial services, and manufacturing. Drew is passionate about growing a vibrant high-growth business ecosystem in Alabama. He recently served as CEO of Innovation Depot, the largest business incubator in Alabama.
Drew is a member of the Rotary Club of Birmingham and serves on boards for TechBirmingham, Birmingham Business Alliance, The UAB Research Foundation, and BioAlabama. He’s also a member of Birmingham Bound’s Leadership Council, was honored as a BBJ’s “Top 40 Under 40”.

Edwin Stanley
Edwin Stanley graduated from Auburn University in 1986 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has spent his career in manufacturing working for various industries in the Southeast with companies as large as Proctor & Gamble to privately held companies as small as 10 employees. His first opportunity to become a partner began with a metal fabricator in 2003.
Currently, Edwin has ownership in a machine shop in Fort Payne, Alabama, a laser cutting company in Tanner, Alabama, and a structural and architectural steel company in Montana. He is the CEO of the laser cutting business in Tanner.

Stephen Armstrong
Stephen Armstrong was born in Jackson, Mississippi, and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a graduate of Auburn University and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
He began his career at BellSouth before joining O’Neal Steel in 2006 as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. He was promoted to Manager of Sales & Marketing Analysis in 2008 and became VP of Administration in 2010 that included responsibility for Accounting, Credit, Information Services, HR, Analytics, and Strategic Planning. In 2012, he was named VP and CFO until he assumed the role of Executive Vice President at O’Neal Industries in 2020.

Wes Spencer
Wes Spencer is the Vice President of Product and Partnerships at Stella Source. He has over 14 years as a metals industry professional having served as General Manager of Sales Channel Development and Director of Processing Sales at O'Neal Steel.
