What Makes Life MEANINGFUL? Purpose and Psychology Explained
What makes life feel meaningful — and why does purpose matter so much?
In this video, Katie Heeran, a licensed Jungian and Psychodynamic Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor, and Diane Squier, an Embodiment Coach and Tantra Healer, explore the psychology of purpose and what actually gives life a sense of meaning. Rather than chasing passion, happiness, or constant motivation, we look at how meaning is built through values, direction, and engagement with life itself.
You’ll learn:
• Why purpose often feels elusive
• What psychology tells us about meaning and fulfillment
• The difference between happiness and meaning
• How purpose is created over time, not always “found”
• Practical ways to reconnect with what matters to you
This conversation is grounded in psychological insight and personal growth, not diagnosis or treatment. It’s designed to help you reflect, gain clarity, and relate to your life more consciously.
If you’ve ever felt unfulfilled, directionless, or unsure of what really matters, this video offers a grounded framework for understanding how meaning works — and how to cultivate it.
