I am a successful entrepreneur specializing in business-to-business start-ups. I co- founded EmployeeScreenIQ in 1999 and served as the company's Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President, participating on the executive team as a general partner and overseeing all sales and marketing activities, including business development, digital strategy, and brand building initiatives. Over 16 years, we scaled the business to more than 100 employees serving 3,000+ customers throughout the world, ranging from Fortune 500 to mid-market organizations. We successfully exited the business via strategic acquisition in 2015. Other start-ups include TransparentMe (self-background screening platform), Chesterton Marketing (Sports Marketing via Advertising Specialties distribution and fulfillment), and others.

Perry Morgan is a veteran in the data industry with over three decades of experience. Rising from humble beginnings in the inner city of Los Angeles, California, Perry has held many positions with legacy companies within the background screening and data industry. 

For the last 30 years, Perry has provided his knowledge and expertise to data providers and background screening companies as well as providers of services in due diligence such as ChoicePoint, Hire Right, and First Advantage. He has also worked with data aggregator companies such as National Background Data, Innovative and Appriss, to name a few.
