In this episode, we're talking about one of the most common ways women misuse the CTFAR model — and it's not what you'd expect. Instead of using it as the awareness tool it's meant to be, we turn it into a weapon against ourselves. We judge the thought, feel worse, and stuff it back down. Nothing changes.
