In last week's episode, #73: How to use "thought work" to overcome negative thinking, I explained the self-coaching thought model that you can begin to use to start creating more intentional, supportive and positive thoughts. The model is great, but when you're first using it, it can really be hard to figure out new thoughts you'd like to think. In this episode, I offer my thoughts and tips on how you can overcome negative, unintentional thoughts with new ways of creating your own thoughts.
