99: How to change your negative thoughts as a sensitive person
In today's podcast, I talk about thought work and self-coaching: the tools by which you can literally learn to change your negative/unsupportive/intentional thoughts to get better results in your life.
I've found these tools very powerful. But there was a steep learning curve for me in using them, and, I suspect, for other sensitive people who struggle with a larger volume of thoughts; more negative thoughts in general; and a reluctance to explore our negative thoughts.
But I want you to get the results that you desire in your life, and the more I use this model, the more I acknowledge: our results begin with our thoughts. So if we want better results, we must learn to change our thoughts.
In this episode I teach you how I have adopted and adapted thought work as a sensitive person to get great effects. This is *not* positive thinking: this is identity and belief shifting work that can give us the life of our dreams.
The Sunday Soother is a spin-off the popular newsletter, The Sunday Soother, a weekly newsletter that creates conversations around compassionate personal development and helps readers access their spirituality and mindfulness in practical, actionable ways.
