I am a CKD patient (Alports) I love your podcast- they are very informative for people like me who want to know as much as possible to keep healthy. I am very active (I run half marathons and do strength training) and wondered whether you could cover intense activity on results as I had a blood test recently after running and my creatinine was elevated and eGFR reduced.. I would love to hear more about this please.
