Feeling stuck or unmotivated? In today's thrive in five, I'm giving you a 10 minute motivation method. A few simple strategies that can help you spark energy, take action, and build momentum in less time than it takes to scroll Instagram
Speaker 2Welcome back to Thrive in Five, where I give you a quick burst of motivation and productivity in five minutes or less. I'm Cindy, your host, a self-made entrepreneur, busy mom, and a business coach. I've built and sold several digital businesses ranging from five to six figure successes. So when it comes to managing time and priorities in both life and work, I get it. I've been there and I am here to help you thrive.
let's be real. We all hit moments when we feel totally stuck mentally, emotionally, and physically. You stare at the to-do list. You overthink the first step. You want to move forward, but you feel frozen. So here's the good news. You don't need a full reset or a long pep talk to get going again. You just need 10 minutes I call it the 10 minute motivation method. A collection of quick wins that unlocks momentum when motivation is missing. I'm gonna give you three options that you can do in your 10 minute timeframe. Option one, the move your body reset. Set a timer for 10 minutes and do any kind of movement. Walk outside, dance in your kitchen, stretch your shoulders. Motion creates emotion, and sometimes your energy just needs a little nudge. Option two is the mini win task. Pick the smallest, simplest thing that you have been avoiding on your to-do list and do it right now. Reply to that one email, clear off your desk. Make the call, whatever it is, checking off anything creates a dopamine boost and makes that next step easier. Option three is the visualize and journal boost. Take 10 minutes to journal or visualize where you're headed. Ask yourself, what does the future mean look like when I've already done this thing. Tap into that energy, feel it and take one aligned action step to become that person. This works because your brain just needs proof that progress is possible. So when you shrink the task, remove the pressure, and move for just 10 minutes, you interrupt the overwhelm and invite momentum, that first action, it's the unlock. So let's recap the 10 minute Motivation method and the three options that you can pick from. Option one, move your body for 10 minutes to reset that energy. Option two, tackle one mini task to create a quick win within 10 minutes. Option three, visualize success or journal to reconnect with your why during a 10 minute timeframe. So if you are ready to implement this today, here are your specific action steps. Choose one of the three methods we talked about today. Set a 10 minute timer and commit. No pressure, just progress. And after you finish, celebrate the win that you did, the 10 minute method reset. You don't have to wait for motivation to arrive. You can create it in just 10 minutes. You can turn the tide of your entire day. So let's go.
