Episode #2 Voting Your Values: Booming Economy: private property, business

Welcome to Real Life Ministry and our series Voting Your Values. Today, we discuss what most voters say is the most important issue this election: the Economy and the role of business in society. Today, socialist ideas are prevalent, and the left wishes to abolish private property. On the other hand, the Bible gives examples of why private property is essential and how we should be good stewards of what God gives us. 

Genesis 1:28, the Genesis mandate, states, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it," highlighting our responsibility to cultivate and manage the resources God has given us. Proverbs 22:29 emphasizes the value of skill and diligence in work. The Eighth Commandment, "You shall not steal" (Exodus 20:15), emphasizes respecting property rights and the fruits of one's labor, advocating for the inherent right to possess property.
