According to Dr. Chapman and his book The Five Love Languages , there are five specific love languages: words of affirmation, quality time, receiving gifts, physical touch, and acts of service. These "languages'' refer to how people express and feel love. Join us as we talk through each language and how to communicate better with our loved one.
