Moving through rage is essential as we store so many emotions!

I remember thinking that my healing journey would be a piece of cake. Or rather, I would feel my emotions and move on. WRONG!

Rage... the mixture of all my unfelt emotions! The need to feel it, express it, let it out, and know that we can do this in our own safe space.

And REMEMBER! We don't have to express our emotions onto others, or take our emotions out on people, they are ours to release in a way that doesn't inflict further trauma on those around us! So Rage on my friends, just... don't do it to the barista at starbucks or the kidds.... k cool!
